  • Full payment is required in order to make the reservation.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • In case of bad weather, the captain decides whether to reschedule the booking or refund it.
  • The customer can cancel the reservation 48 hours in advance and request a full refund. After this time, refunds will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
